　　位於高雄旗山區的南勝社區以荔枝作為主要的農產品今年來更推動二級產業並運用荔枝樹的農業廢棄物加以創作融入文創產業。 

　　擁有自然生態風景的旗山南勝社區，是荔枝最佳生長環境，滿山荔枝採收完果實後，常見到荔枝園滿是矮化下來的荔枝木，社區讓這些廢棄木再循環使用，創造屬於這塊土地的美荔人生。

　　選用台灣在地荔枝，於最新鮮的時候採收，經烘焙、日曬後成了香味醇厚甜蜜的荔枝乾，並將荔枝乾浸泡荔枝酒後與鳳梨餡融合，淡淡的荔枝香與熱情的鳳梨味一口滿足，酥皮堅持不使用酥油，而是使用天然奶油，以純手工製作，把最好的產品呈現給你。

 　　Local Taiwanese lychee harvested at its freshest is selected. The dried lychee becomes mellow and sweet after roasting and sun drying. Then it is soaked in lychee wine and stuffed with pineapple filling. The light lychee fragrance and vibrant pineapple taste will satisfy your palate in one bite. 　　每年荔枝採收後，大量的矮化荔枝木被堆置在田間，任其腐敗，而在雨季來臨時會被沖入河川，嚴重影響河川生態及取水口，透過長輩的巧思及心意，變成獨一無二的荔枝木餐具，傳遞農村吃飯的邀約，讓我們的一小步，變成逆轉氣候變遷的一大步。

　　Every year after lychee harvest, a large number of short trunks of lychee wood lying around the field are left to rot, and they would be washed into the river during rainy seasons, affecting the river ecology and aqueduct. Using their ingenuity and goodwill, the elders transformed lychee wood into unique lychee wood tableware, which also extend their invitation to dine in the village. Let our small step become a giant leap in reversing climate change.
